Notably, no account or sign-in is required for access.

The app allows users to download and locally load various map layer data specific to many states, including property lines, public land, elevation, and more. Available map layers can be found in the main menu, and selecting "GET" for any state makes these layers accessible in the data tab menu. Once a layer is downloaded, the local dataset is queried in real time, enabling interaction with the map as layer data is visually represented. Many of these map layers include attributed data that can be viewed directly on the map or accessed by tapping the item for further details. However, it is important to note that this map layer data is intended for informal reference. Users should consult their local municipality or state geospatial authority for official records.
